In 2019, I discovered a love for UI/UX design. I decided to learn everything I could, believing that mistakes are just a part of the learning process. In 2020, my hard work paid off and I earned a certificate from Springboard.​

At Bigtincan, I contributed to the Brainshark Learning Platform Redesign, a major effort that converted ASP pages to Angular using a new design system. My meticulous planning, strong teamwork, and unwavering commitment were instrumental in its success—a 48% increase in total deals closed in Q3 and Q4 2022. This experience solidified my passion for collaborative innovation and the power of user-centered design.
